1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Customers will receive an order confirmation email upon successful placement.
  • Once the order is processed, a tracking number will be sent via email.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices listed on ZOOMTOPIC are in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
  • We accept the following payment methods:

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • United Kingdom: 3-5 business days
  • United States & Europe: 5-10 business days
  • Other International Orders: 10-15 business days
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
  • After this period, orders are processed and cannot be canceled.
  • If the order has been shipped, customers must follow the return policy to receive a refund.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Customers may return products within 30 days of receiving them.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon approval.
  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless due to a product defect.

6. Warranty & Product Quality

  • All ZOOMTOPIC watches come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty against defects.
  • The warranty covers mechanical defects but does not include damages caused by:
    • Improper use, water damage, or accidents.
    • Wear and tear, scratches, or strap replacements.
  • To file a warranty claim, contact our support team with proof of purchase.

7. Promotions & Discounts

  • Discounts and promotional offers are valid for a limited time and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
  • Sale items and promotional purchases are final sale and may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
