1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Customers will receive an order confirmation email upon successful placement.
- Once the order is processed, a tracking number will be sent via email.
2. Pricing & Payment
- All prices listed on ZOOMTOPIC are in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

3. Shipping & Delivery
- United Kingdom: 3-5 business days
- United States & Europe: 5-10 business days
- Other International Orders: 10-15 business days
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.
- We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
- After this period, orders are processed and cannot be canceled.
- If the order has been shipped, customers must follow the return policy to receive a refund.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Customers may return products within 30 days of receiving them.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon approval.
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless due to a product defect.

6. Warranty & Product Quality
- All ZOOMTOPIC watches come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty against defects.
- The warranty covers mechanical defects but does not include damages caused by:
- Improper use, water damage, or accidents.
- Wear and tear, scratches, or strap replacements.
- To file a warranty claim, contact our support team with proof of purchase.
7. Promotions & Discounts
- Discounts and promotional offers are valid for a limited time and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
- Sale items and promotional purchases are final sale and may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
