- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor delivery status.
2. Shipping Destinations
We proudly ship worldwide. Below are the estimated delivery times based on location:
- United Kingdom: 3-5 business days
- United States & Europe: 5-10 business days
- Other International Locations: 10-15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees vary depending on the destination, weight, and shipping method selected at checkout.
- Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.
4. Tracking Your Order
- A tracking number will be sent via email once your order has been shipped.
- You can track your package through the carrier’s website or via ZOOMTOPIC tracking system.
- If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days, please contact us at contact@zoomtopic.xyz.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
We work with trusted shipping carriers to ensure reliable delivery, but in rare cases, issues may occur:
- Lost Packages: If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will assist in tracking and resolving the issue.
- Delayed Shipments: Delays may occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or high order volumes. We appreciate your patience.
- Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please provide clear photos of the package and product within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
6. Change of Shipping Address
- If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
- Once an order has been processed and shipped, address changes cannot be made.
7. Undeliverable Packages & Failed Deliveries
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay customs fees, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost.
- If you no longer wish to receive the package, we can issue a partial refund, excluding the original shipping cost.
8. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees based on your country’s regulations.
- These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer upon arrival.
- ZOOMTOPIC is not responsible for any delays caused by customs procedures.
9. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO) due to carrier limitations.
- Certain locations may have shipping restrictions due to local import laws. Please verify before placing an order.
