4. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are processed upon successful payment confirmation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped based on the selected delivery option.
  • Estimated shipping times:
    • United Kingdom: 3-5 business days
    • United States & Europe: 5-10 business days
    • Other International Locations: 10-15 business days
  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties imposed by their country.
  • ZOOMTOPIC is not responsible for shipping delays due to carrier issues, customs processing, or force majeure events.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories to be eligible for a return.
  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is inspected.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

7. Warranty & Liability

  • All ZOOMTOPIC watches come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.
  • The warranty does NOT cover:
    • Accidental damage, water damage, or improper use
    • Normal wear and tear (scratches, strap replacements, etc.)
  • To request a warranty claim, please contact our support team with proof of purchase.
  • ZOOMTOPIC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to product use.
